Bio: Dane joined the ASPPRC in January 2016 as part of an Undergraduate Research Fellowship examining the effects of test method on prior austenite grain size in microalloyed medium carbon bar steel. Dane completed his BS in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering at CSM in May 2016 and immediately began pursuing a graduate degree. Prior to returning to college in 2011, Dane was a certified welder working in fabrication and metalwork.
