Bio: Liv joined the ASPPRC after graduating with a B.S. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in May of 2022. Her M.S. thesis research focuses on the correlation of fracture toughness and edge ductility behavior in high strength steels with differing microstructures. She did undergraduate research at Mines focusing on Hydrogen Embrittlement, and also worked at Moog Inc. as a Materials and Process Engineering Co-op for two summers.
